I’ve never talked to a therapist. I’m used to handling concerns on my own. Aren’t people who go to therapy needy or weak?

Since each person has his/her/their own unique issues and goals for counseling, it will be different depending on the individual. The therapeutic approach is tailored to meet your specific needs. We’ll work together in helping you to identify your values, goals, and, help you to explore your strengths; Learning ways to utilize them in order to reduce the problems you are facing. During each session, we will set an agenda together to address your needs and to make the most of our time together. You will practice skills taught between sessions in order to incorporate them into your daily life and move towards change and growth.
