We are multitasking and rushing all the time.  Some of us are busy on purpose to avoid life’s disappointments and challenges.  Others of us feel like life just happens to us, we are going through the motions unaware of behaviors.

Course Overview

A 5-week approach to improving your life. Do you ever feel like you have no control over your life, only “going through the motions” each day? We’ve all been in this position at some point, and it is a difficult cycle to break. Life can be unpredictable and terrifying; one way to feel somewhat safer is to drift through without making significant changes.

Choosing to live an amazing life/life you want doesn’t have to be complicated. Autopilot was supposed to be a way to protect our brains from overload instead it has become our way of existing, sleepwalking through life. Stop just existing and start living. If you are tired of living on autopilot, jump into this course and take the wheel.

Monique Johnson

Monique is a licensed clinical social worker, and certified health and wellness coach who specializes in evidence-based counseling, specifically Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Therapy, and Mindfulness.  She is also a certified school social worker and private practice clinician.  She counsels and coaches clients on creating goals that allow them to take action and change their lives. Monique’s work with clients is centered around self-discovery and self-awareness, allowing them to adopt healthier habits and coping strategies.  Clients are able to figure out what thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are keeping them “stuck” and preventing them from making the changes necessary to lead a more fulfilled life.
